I needed an electrical survey on a residential property I am buying. Chose Electric-Call and was very pleased with how quickly they could go out, the comprehensive report and pictures produced and price of recommendations provided. I will be happy to re-engage them to do the recommended work when I move into the property.

Initially responded very quickly and communication was good. However, quoted me almost double other suppliers and failed to provide a breakdown of costs when requested. I’d recommend if you want something done quickly but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for good value for money.

The planned woks encountered a few challenges. Adam and Rob arrived on-site early, worked late on a Friday evening to complete the works as planned and left the site clean and tidy.

Contacted Vinny about carrying out a Electrical Installation condition report, but we needed it doing urgently before new tenant moved into our rental property. Vinny said he would shuffle a few jobs round so he could fit us in. We told him where the Lettings agency was so he could pick the keys up, and true to his word he arrived at the property when he said he would. This was very much appreciated as we get let down so much these days with other tradesmen. Vinny kept in touch during the inspection, letting us know the status. Top marks for Vinny as he deserves. Will always use him for our rental properties as he can be trusted to be reliable, efficient and thorough. His prices seem good also as we don’t feel like we have been ripped off as is sometimes the case for some other services. A great find. Keep up the good work Vinny.
